Papa Romano’s uses the same recipe for its sauce that it used 40 years ago when the pizza shop first opened its doors in Southfield.

On April 1, 1970, Michigan-based pizza chain Papa Romano's was born when it opened its first pizza shop at Nine Mile and Telegraph in Southfield.
