Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for directing the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, facilitating client development through marketing and client service programs, support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans, plan and administer the company’s marketing budget, organize and implement franchisee relations, develop and administer marketing database, community involvement and networks, Oversee company’s electronic marketing efforts and social media, Liaison for all materials filtered through R&P Foods, creating materials associated with marketing growth for all brands. Must have 5 years minimum marketing experience in QSR Marketing, Multi Brands (food) Local and National, proficient in marketing technology, organizational and analytical skills.

Manage overall content, design, on-going updating for all brands

Competition Assessment

Must regularly conduct competition shops, must know competition

Social Media

Oversee and manage all social media content

Administrative

Provide weekly and monthly reports to upper management as needed
